Opening Hours: Mon-Sa 9am to 5 pm Sunday 10am-4 pm
What you’ll find:
- Type of stock: Homewares, clothing
- Price range: Varies
- Best section: Front window
- My hot tip: Imagine what you could do with some of the items you see, dont discount it because it my not be what you had in mind
Hospice Shop Milford
Location: 149 Kitchener Road Milford
Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 9.30 am – 4 pm, Sat 10 am – 3 pm Sun CLOSED
What you’ll find:
- Type of stock: Lots of homewares
- Price range: Varies
- Best section: depends on what you’re looking for, though I did like the display just inside the door
- My hot tip: make sure to look up, I often miss things higher up
St Pauls Anglican Church Opportunity Shop
Location: 2 Otakau Road Milford
Opening Hours: 9Mon-Fri 9.30 am to 3.30pm Saturday 9 am – 12 pm Sunday CLOSED
What you’ll find:
- Type of stock: Mostly homewares though there is some clothing
- Price range: on the cheaper end
- Best section: its quite a small shop
- My hot tip: have a look around twice because it’s jam packed

SPCA Shop Takapuna
Location: Unit 2/122-124 Anzac Street, Takapuna, Auckland 0622
Opening Hours: Mon-Sun 9am-5pm
What you’ll find:
- Type of stock: Everything
- Price range: varies
- Best section: when I visited they had a nice display of retro goods
- My hot tip: if you’re going for home decor try to visualise it in your home. Often I look at the video I’ve taken after and wish I’d taken something home because I didn’t visualise it at the time.

Location: 507 Lake Road Takapuna Auckland 0622
Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 9.30am-4pm, Sat 9.30am-3pm, Sun 9.00am-2pm
