Fossick Collectables Hamilton

In Hamilton City there are a good number of shops to find treasures. If you are after a variety check out Fossick Collectables and four other secondhand shops in the city centre.

Salvation Army Family Store

First stop on Victoria Street in Hamilton Central is the Salvation Army  Family Store. This store is quite a big store and is quite well lit. It has a good amount of furniture and clothing with a small amount of brick a brac. Its not overly stuffed with things either so you can have a good look around without bumping into things or furniture.

Op Shop for  Breast Cancer

On the same side of the street is the breast cancer op shop. This shop has a number of “rooms” which all seem to have a different theme. Like the home decor room, the book room, glassware etc. The front is mainly clothing, but its all nicely set out and well presented.

Fossick Collectables Shop

Around the corner is the Fossick Collectables Shop. If you love retro and vintage things this is the place to visit. Not many clothes but a whole host of things to add to your collections. From toys to homewares and much more.

Waikato Secondhand Centre

Waikato Secondhand Centre is located on Angelsea Street. It has a large collection of secondhand furniture some retro some vintage/antiques and more modern things. There is also a amount of other retro and vintage collectables. When you first walk in the store houses some upcycled items so if you can be bothered upcycling yourself purchase a ready upcycled piece.

Red Cross Shop

Last stop is the Red Cross Shop which is on Tristram Ave. Mostly has clothing with a small amount of home decor, bric-a-brac and furniture. Nice shop though.
